Hi, my name is Em, I use she/her pronouns and the main reason I am here is because I suffer from chronic depression and generalized anxiety, both of which can sometimes be very severe. I am trying my hardest every day to recover and take care of myself the best I can, but some days are just really difficult. Basically I am interested in this clan because I think it would be a good place for me to find support and help others in difficult times as well.

I'm Lily....she/her pronouns are perfectly fine....I'm here due to the fact that I've known my battles with mental health. Still do as I deal with depression and anxiety that eat up a lot of my energy...I feel like I'd love to be around others going through similiar things if only to just be around others that are struggling just as I am doing.

I probably should also introduce myself here. I'm Solar, I'm 18, a lesbian, agender, and I use they/them pronouns. I have schizophrenia + bipolar (schizoaffective disorder), pure-O OCD, dermatillomania, and trichotillomania, as well as a few phobias that don't really feel relevant here but you can ask about anyway . I created this clan because I noticed a severe lack of groups like this one on Lioden (in fact, I couldn't find any?) so I decided I'd do something about it!

pardon me for asking...as I really don't know much...but may I ask what agender , dermtatillomania and trichotillomania mean? I just want to understand better if I may?

Its cool! Agender basically means I'm nonbinary and don't identify as a boy or girl, but for all intents and purposes I am treated as a woman in society, so I'm agender woman-aligned.

Dermatillomania is part of my OCD and basically just means I obsessively pick at my skin, and trichotillomania is the same but for hair.

I should probably introduce myself here. I use she/her pronouns but I'm not going to flip out if you slip up and use a he/him pronoun; trust me, it happens a lot XD I guess I'm here because I want to be around a community that I don't have to constantly remind that my mind doesn't work the same way as everyone else's. I have autism (specifically aspergers), clinical depression, anxiety, and a rigidity disorder. I want to warn you guys now: I can't use or understand tone. I might take offense to something that wasn't meant to be offensive just because I read it without the inflection it was supposed to have, or I might accidentally upset someone because something I said came across wrong. It's because of my aspergers.

Hello Just call me nat it's my nickname. I suffer from Schizoaffective disorder with depressive features. I also have PTSD and severe phobias. I go to a day treatment center 3 days a week it's actually fun most of the time. I am glad to see a group like this started!
I have a female dove named Dory she is good company and a male rattie who is also good company.
Oh and I might have been born female but really don't identify either way thanks.

Hello, all !! My name's Brooke, and I mainly define as she/her, but they/them or he/him is also acceptable if that's how you see me.
I suffer from major depression and anxiety, and I also have extreme thanatophobia, or 'death anxiety'.
I came here because, in all honesty, I don't have any close friends or people to talk to that I'm comfortable with, and my depression's been getting worse in the past couple of months.
My goal is to make some friends while I'm here and to hopefully help others, as well as maybe get myself to feel better as well !!
