According to the Wiki, "Rosettes seem to be the most popular marking on Lioden currently, due to the mysterious nature of how they're passed on, and the fact that they can randomly pop up in any breeding. There are tons of user theories and conspiracies floating around regarding how Rosette works, but nobody truly knows—the code has yet to be cracked." I'm beginning to suspect that marking slot does matter, considering its correlating to a marking you could reasonbly suspect to be on an IRL cat. I'm gonna check the random rosettes my kings have sired and see if the pattern continues Okay, the ginger rosette got killed so I couldn't check but the fiery inverted soft was in slot one, where the sire (my prev king) had a feline mark 0 players like this post! For mine, it seems like random slots. S20 was a Slot that neither parent had, not even s11 S7 was Lilac Crackle S8 was white facial 1 S9 was white ear spots (a tiger marking?) S6 was Henna Cheetah Soft which appears to be the only one so far of mine that even seems like a possibility of same slot. And this is before I edit my little list of them to include my side randoms 0 players like this post! Like? |

what was the rosette that appeared? it might've been one of the ones that (according to the news) "can show up in any breeding" it's probably a more common one like ebony soft or noctis heavy 0 players like this post! Like? |

Looking at it, I do think heavy has different requirements then inverted and shaded/soft, as heavies do seem to just.. Happen.. with no markings in the slot it would overtake 1 player likes this post! Like? |
