Jungle defragmentation has caused a group of jaguars to retreat into a small section of jungle. It's not nearly big enough to support separate territories which means these jaguars are going to have to learn how to live together. The only rule so far? Killing a cub earns you death. Will a leader and ranks emerge? Will any other rules be put into place or will it remain a free-for-all? It's up to you how the story is written.

The Habitat

The jungle the jaguars inhabit measures about 10 sq miles (16 sq km). It's densely vegetated. One end is capped by a large, semi-circular cliff down the face of which cascades a waterfall. At the bottom the water is collected into a large pool before draining into into a narrow but deep river. Behind this waterfall is a cave though it requires a swim to get to. Prey is abundant in the area and the most common is deer, capybaras, tapirs, fish and monkeys. The brave and strong might even attempt to take on adult caiman. Cubs are at risk of being taken by large pythons.

Rules
1. All of Lioden's roleplay rules apply.
2. This is a semi-lit realistic roleplay. Posts must be at least 5 sentences long and absolutely no godmodding, powerplaying, or allowed.
3. Realism should be maintained, meaning no albino jaguars and such. Melanistic ('black') jaguars will be extremely rare, the gene will be difficult to pass on and I likely will be very selective about who I allow to play one.
4. Golden Rule of RPing: Hate the character, not the player!
5. Drama Free Zone: All players are assumed to be 13+ years old and are expected to act as mature adults. I'm not your babysitter. If you have a problem with someone, take it to pm and find a way to either resolve it or agree to disagree.
6. Fighting: Killing someone else's character is only allowed if both parties agree to it in advance. Males will be able to win against females the vast majority of the time. Applicants put the phrase cat bull terrier somewhere in your application.
7. In order to keep things PG-13, all breeding, birthing, gory injuries (any time one can see that which should be covered by skin), or killing of prey will be kept vague. There's not really any need to go into descriptive detail of these things. If you feel the need to, you can fade to black.

3 - 6 = 1 cub, 7 - 14 = 2 cubs, 15 - 18 = 3 cubs
Genders, 1 2-sided dice for each cub
1 = Male, 2 = Female

Excused Absences
All absences over a week in length must be excused unless you come back with a very good reason
