I don't support. It would be a lot of extra art that could go into Male poses, New mutations, New bases, New Markings, New decors, etc etc

We're still behind from female poses and i don't see a reason for it personally

I like this idea as an optional pose that we would have to pay for, whether in an event or at the oasis. I think it would be a really sweet pose to add especially with the new night backgrounds for July that Xy shared on his tumblr.

Also think it's interesting to not support one pose idea because it would create more work when you have your own pose suggestion

I don't support. With all the work the artists are already doing, it's just extra and not really needed at all. Plus, lions can hunt at night.

What if the lioness is hunting when the day/night switch happens? Will she be in the sleeping pose?
And if the sub-male is patrolling? Will he be shown as sleeping?
Will the sleeping pose affect Posed females?
Will the sleeping pose affect Main Males?
Will it affect pregnant lionesses?
Will it affect lions with mutations?
What about all the decor?
There's already so much. The artists are not fully updated on decors for poses, like Lex said, so they don't need another pose to change decor to it's fitting.

I don't see a reason for this at all; we already have 'night' versions of backgrounds to show that the cycle has changed over.

I was thinking it'd just be another pose like jolly pose / the personality poses. I know the original suggestion says that it should change depending on time but I would actually prefer a static pose. So it wouldn't be for male lions, wouldn't be for mutations (except piebald). I think this concept would be pretty simple imo. And like all the other poses, decor would be updated whenever xylax felt it should be, and only future decor would consistently be updated for the pose.

Also I have never really understood the concept of not supporting a suggestion because it's a lot of work. The lioden team does a lot of work making new content for us already and it seems to me that if they're inspired by a suggestion or idea that they probably don't care about the amount of work (how much time have they spent on this awesome new storyline? How many hours has Xy spent on files for new mutations like primal smilus?) until a member of the team says "this idea specifically is too much work and we are never going to do that" then I don't really see a reason to not support lol. But if anything suggestions are just to see if people might like a feature not necessarily if they think it will be too much work for the site owners? I think they can decide that for themselves and even if a suggestion has a ton of support I doubt they will feel pressured or whatever to take on a bunch of work that they don't want to do. Just a thought.

There's a difference between Night poses, which would have to be equipped for All lions, (newborn/young/cub/adol female/adol male/ male/female) and a raffle only pose which would be one female pose c:

923 markings in game (ish, got this number from xylax about a month ago)


Would go from being 139 bases and 923 markings for one raffle pose, to 973 bases and 6,461 markings for night poses


so, Yes, i no support on the basis of it being too much work which can go into other things.

No support, sorry, mostly due to lions in nature not sleeping at night. They're rather active at night and mostly sleep, actually, during the day when the heat is too much to move around.

A new applicable females pose featuring a lioness sleeping with eyes closed, like the other applicable ones like Evil or Kind, Id support, that's cute, but not changing poses for times of day - it's just not very logical for lions.

I dunno, cin. Don't we already have the backgrounds changing from night to day to signal the cycle ? It just feels unnecessary to me because, for one, explore encounters (both night and day) change accordingly, backgrounds change accordingly.. should Poses change accordingly, too? It seems like a little much for no reason. Sure, it's cute, but don't lions mostly sleep during the day? I just don't think they should add a whole new pose just for nighttime. I don't see a reason for it, simply.

I agree on that last point, though— I suppose it is up to the staff on what is too much or unnecessary; but if this were to be added, I don't think it should be prioritized at any cost.

Would you support if the suggestion was changed to be just that? I actually would greatly prefer this not only because I do think a night pose for all stages would be excessive but also because of the fact that lions hunt during the night usually in real life so I don't think it would even make sense lol.

I support this as an Oasis item, similar to the extra cub stages! It would be cute, though I do think it should be a little 'extra' thing and not an 'everyone gets it' sorta thing. That gives the artists more time to focus on things that are going to have an impact on the game for everyone, such as mutations and such, while this serves as a cute little side project.
