Just wanted to suggest more Basic Items possibly be added to Event Shops.

I'm aware that the majority of Players want Decor, Applicators and other cool stuff and that's perfectly fine. I just think it would be nice to be able to grab a few basic items as well.

Suggestion:
Add some Food, Nesting and Amusement Items/Bundles to Event Shops

Don't Support?
If a food, nesting or amusement item was added to the event shop right now how would it effect you? Why are you saying no?

This suggestion has 58 supports and 7 NO supports.

Sounds pretty simple and helpful. Why not?

Umm, why though? All of those things, can be bought from the monkey shop, food bundles, critter bundles, nesting material and toy bundles. So I am wondering why the events need them too, when we already have them. Also this event there are food items you can get, you spend shards to send lions away in new areas and they return with food, decor, items etc.

Sinful - Excluding July though, I don't believe that applies to any other events. People could be low on SB but high on event currency, which is why I'd support, especially because this addition isn't harmful. The economy won't spiral if its added, which is why I supported, it's just more convenient for some people.

august has carcasses in the peddler shop. December has amusement items. January has the food pit. February has food and amusement items. April has food. May has amusement and food.

There are several events that already have food, amusement and what not, so why should we have even more, you can send your lions out to hunt, you gather things in explore and you can spend sb to get the bundles too.

Wouldn't selling a decor you buy for event currency net you the sb to buy these things anyway? Just seems rather pointless tbh.

It's personal preference really, I'd much rather spend my event currency of necessary items rather then decor and applicators.

Yes some events have great food drops, November is great for nesting, but not all events are good for these things. And food expires, It's not something you can stock up on in one event and use in another.

I have no issue making sb/gb i have bulk of both, however from experience i can say the monkey is an expensive way to get these items. And not everyone can run to the monkey with handfuls of bugs when there in a hurry to take care of their pride before rollover. Depending on the conversion 1gb will get you around 21 nest's and 50 uses of food if you buy the giraffe bundle from the oasis, I find food bundles to be a waste of money they mostly drop small snacks.

Spending your leftover event currency on a few handy items to keep your pride alive when you need it wouldn't be a bad thing in my opinion.

True, but I still think you would have to maybe tweak it, like you are wanting them as bundles, but maybe try event bundles, like items that pertain to that event? Something like we have the fluffball bundles, an amazing item to stock up on if you are wanting cheap food, in april and we can get the food in january. Maybe december we can have reindeer or other holiday things, turkey type of things for the thanksgiving area etc.

I don't know, the idea of having bundles, let's use the ones the monkey shop has, would mean that say 2 event beetles would then become worth 100 sb, so the rest of the things would then cost less too, or things like that. So you would need a new item all together.

Yes, new items is what i'm suggesting not just throwing the monkey's items in event shops. Event themed bundles would be the way to go.
