Hello all!

As the subject line says, I'm just looking for a RP partner to do a one on one with. However, I haven't roleplayed in many years and I usually did it with a human/humanoid type of character but I'm willing to try something different if it appeals to me!

All I require is at least an average paragraph (5 sentences) or so in reply length so we both have something to work with. Having decent grammar and spelling kinda goes without saying but I'll say it anyway. You can use words like 'kinda'--as I just did--and 'gotta' along with other slang spellings of words. I by no means am a stickler on using the Queen's English hahaha. Plus I know typos happen so please know I'm very forgiving and hope you are the same.

I'm used to doing romance RPs but they usually don't start out that way--slow burn, if you will. However like I said I'm willing to try something new if it seems fun! I am an asexual in real life so don't be surprised if my character falls in line with that. I'll never have an aromantic character though since I don't know how to approach that since I cannot relate at all. I apologize if that is an inconvenience.

I usually come up with characters as I go but of course before the RP begins we'll have the basics set in stone like: gender; romantic orientation (heteroromantic panromantic, homoromantic, etc.); appearance; basic personality traits; and setting of the RP.

I know this is a rather unorthodox way of asking for a roleplay and I apologize for that. It really has been a long time since I've done this and have little to no idea on where to start. Scold me if you must but I plead pure ignorance.

If you're willing to give me a chance to do a 1x1 with you I thank you in advance and ask you to PM me on the matter! I admit I am a little nervous to put myself out there for this kind of thing so hopefully no one tears me to shreds.
