A suggestion I'd make for the blue on it - perhaps change it to a paler shade? I wouldn't suggest making it darker, since the pastel look really ties it together and darker blues might get dismissed by the community.

I like the top part of the base- it reminds me of the pink sand beaches in Bermuda- but I do agree with above posters. The blue looks too much like Glacial. Maybe if it was sort of a light turquoise it would look more like the shallow waters of the Caribbean (if that's the kind of shore you are trying to replicate). I'm sure with a little adjustment this could be really pretty.

It does look better! But I think it might need to be a bit more blended? Maybe add a bit of blueish white to places other than the legs, maybe the snout too?
