Angel looked up at the beast as it roared and summoned these chains out of the ground which wrapped around her. She felt her body pinned to the floor by the iron but that's when she blacked out. She suddenly woke up like if it was just a dream and noticed her surroundings. Angel couldn't see anyone but felt something...odd. She suddenly felt something touching her back so she turned around to find nothing there until a tail? Popped up behind her and she just stared at it before seeing it was attached to her.

(No one wakes up right next to another person just saying xD)

Zen's heart had been racing, as she felt herself getting pinned to the ground.... She had blacked out. She had quickly woken up like as if a nightmare, before noticing her surroundings as she brushed her hands through her hair before feeling something... furry? If she had a mirror she could've saw what it was, but she saw a slight flame starting behind her, as she had jumped up in panic, but it disappeared, and then that's when she saw the light following her. It was just being dragged everywhere she went, as she poked at it, realizing it was attached to her.

Henri's skin crawled with fear when the chains wrapped around her body, and though she had tried her best to remain conscious, after one blink when her eyes should have opened they remained shut.

Henrietta awoke with a start, and whipped her head around checking the surrounding area. Unfortunately, none of her friends were in sight. After calming slightly from her initial panic, she noticed some features of her body that didn't quite feel...right. She carefully lifted her hands and felt at her ears which were now...furry?! Her tongue swiped over her teeth which felt different as well.

It's a testament to how present he's been for the last week that when he first sees the giant beast, Marshall's first thought is that he's a lot more tipsy than he thought he was. He hadn't actually intended to go to the party, let alone drink which his parents would murder him for, figure out some way to resurrect him from the dead, just to kill him again, but he was far enough in a nihilistic mood that he couldn't find himself to care. Besides, the alcohol wasn't even strong enough to make him slur or stumble over himself, Marshall just felt pleasantly warm.
That warmth quickly transitioned into a hard molten ball of fear when the people he was walking behind fall to the ground. Anchored by what looked like bicycle chain on steroids with minds of their own, Telling himself that he was really a lot closer to drunk than the thought, or having one wicked dream, didn't stop the chain from claiming him as well. The hard metal and gritty pavement make it abondantly clear incredibily quickly just how real the situation actually is, and not for the first time Mars is sure he's going to die. Though, he supposes it's a better way to go than taken out by the very people that brought him into the world, and he can almost believe it's over when he blacks out.

When Marshall comes to, it's both entirely wonderful and downright awful that whatever may or may not have actually happened didn't end up killing him. Though he's still face down on the ground and has that awful swimming feeling one gets when walking off of a roller coaster, like his equilibrium is off somehow. The hefty weight on his back and the odd feeling like everything's too loud don't exactly help at all. When he moves to sit up, more than just his arm responds. One hand splayed across the ground, paused from what would have pushed him up, and a claw like appendage just next to it. Slowly turning his head to stare at it, Marshall slowly pushes himself into a sit, finding the whatever-it-is on his back just as heavy as it was horizontal as vertical as he inspects his right side with wide eyes. Carefully extending his arm straight, the claw like thing stretches out with it into a full fledged wing of some sort of bat, reaching far further than his fingers. For the third time in as many conscious hours, Marshall is sure he's going to die, this time again he's settled on the fact that his parents are going to lose it when their son has gone out and found himself a pair of wings.

It was a pity they they were going to die before seeing america, a thought supplied by kol's head as fear and a twinge of disappointment coursed through his body as he ran with the others. Tripping over his feet kol stumbled up feeling if he fell it would end badly. When suddenly heavy chains wrapped kol's body and as his body met the hard ground knocking his headband askew kol saw his friends meeting the same fate, too scared to even make a noise kol's body grew numb as the world faded from view.

The cold ground was the first thing kol noticed when he woke up. Groaning he sat up at first thinking what he saw was a dream but as he looked around at unknown surroundings and seeing no one kol knew that what happened was true. Trying not to panic kol's hand rose to fix the headband in his face but as his hand neared his face kol noticed his nails weren't quite right and looking closely he noticed they were longer than earlier, deciding he was done looking at his nails he hurriedly fixed his headband. After fixing his hair kol notices something out of the corner of his eye near his leg; quickly jumping up to run but just as quickly tripping kol looked back fearfully, only to see a tail? A nice distraction from the fear kol slowly touched it and was surprised to find out it was soft.

Angel looked around not caring about this sharp tail right now. She noticed the area looked odd not like any normal forest. "Hello?" Her voice echoed throughout the area like if it was just a cave so she stood up and started walking. Angel kept looking around trying to find anyone but she decided to now climb a tree which was simple because she always did.

The tail had kept swaying from side to side, with the little flame at the tip. Zen had got up again, as the light kept following her and stayed on her tail. It was good, since the light form the flame had spread around the forest-like area, and would probably attract something? Well, she didn't know if it was good or bad, but it was the only bait she had that she couldn't put out, at least she thought. But she started walking around before hearing the sudden echo of something? It sounded familiar, but at the same time it didn't, "Uh... Hello?" her voice had bounced off the trees, causing that echoing sound. She didn't know if it was a friend, or someone that's been stuck here for ages, but Zen had continued walking, wary about each step she took.

Henri decided now was as good of a time as any to start looking for her friends. She hauled herself off the ground, and began her search. While the surrounding forest was quiet, there were some occasional spooky noises. They sounded kind of like voices, yet not exactly. It was unsettling, but could possibly be one of her friends, or...it was the strange creature that initially attacked them. Great. Pushing aside her fear, again, Henrietta resumed roaming around in search of something, be it her friends or a way out of this dark forest.

After sitting around and inspecting the new wings - quite large, flexible, ripping two lines in the back of his shirt - Mars finally decides to figure out where he is. A quick look around tells him nothing more than a dark forest and once again he starts to wonder if this is all real. Dreams tend to feel rather real, but never quite this detailed - maybe he's lucid dreaming? Even though he never has before and is pretty sure that comes with a lot more control over the situation than standing alone in the middle of woods you don't recognize. With nothing better to do and the slightly hopeful thought that this is all imaginary, Marshall sets off walking.
The added appendages make balancing quite the task but the farther he walks the better he gets at it. Tucking the wings in close to duck between trees as time doesn't really seem to move at all but he also starts to feel like he's been walking in circles forever. Cupping his hands around his mouth he shouts, "Hello?" in the hopes that maybe somebody's out there. The more time he spends walking aimlessly the surer he gets that maybe all of this might be real after all and he's royally and totally screwed. Not only coming to terms with the fact that a giant monster happened, but now he's got wings and somehow ended up in the middle of absolute nowhere with no memory of how or why he got here. Finally deciding that all things have to end eventually, if he walks in the same direction maybe he'll run into the edge of the tree line, and sets out putting one foot in front of the other on as direct a path he can.

Quickly adjusting to the fact that he somehow grew a tail, kol stopped petting the appendage? Kol wondered if that is what this was considered; but before he could think about it too deeply, kol shook his head reminding himself that he needed to find his friends before anything else. Slowly standing, he checked himself for any injuries and, when he found none, started looking around at the forest. Since all he could see was nothing but trees kol just started walking; he'd find someone eventually right?

Angel kept on walking but heard a few hellos. They sounded faint but a slight bit familiar so she decided to call out her name, "My name is Angel! Anyone out there?" Her tail rose like if it was telling her that something was nearby. She looked at the new accessory before continuing to walk but she started to jog around hoping to find someone.

Henrietta heard more of the odd echos from earlier. Hoping they were friendly she headed in the direction she thought the noises were coming from, but it was hard to tell. It was dark and hard to see where she as walking, but she hoped by going in one direction she would not get too lost, at least not more than she already was. If the creature that attacked them earlier was out there she needed to be aware of her surroundings, and finding her friends was her first priority. Finding a way out of here was step two. Alright, this was something she could handle.
