Personally, I tend not to open offsite links if I can avoid it. But in the chat box, there's no way to tell what you're clicking until it's too late. I think it would be great to have the links labeled differently in some way.
For example, Lioden links could say [LD link] and offsite links could still just say [link]
(or something like that)

I think this could really help out players (like myself) with slower wifi who don't want to risk opening a bandwidth-sucking link.

Suggested by Gylfie512 (Angelic

Have it be a choice in the account options, such as enabling CSS/HTML in dens

Let me know what you think ^^

If you hover over the link on PC the URL will display at the bottom of your screen, and if you press and hold whilst mobile, the link URL displays in the pop up menu, so you can see what the link domain is :)

Just saying, so in the meanwhile you don't lose bandwidth on links :D

CALA, unfortunately, that doesn't work on all browsers :(
(Or at least not the versions I have)

I love this idea! I dunno if this would be a good add, but maybe some basic text for basic LD links?

Crossroads- [Cross]
Den Link - [Den]
Chat Board - [Brd]
News - [News]
Event Page - [Event]

Thought I would throw that in :)

Support. So much support. Tired of thinking someone is linking a cute lion and ending up on youtube trash.

Maybe this could be an option in user settings? I dunno, I kinda like the surprise of it! But I do see where you're coming from, and it can be a problem for those with less internet accidentally going onto a page that uses a lot of internet by accident. Support!

I mostly have a slow internet so I tend to catch a YouTube link before it loads. Sometimes I forget to hover over the link before clicking it, would like to not have to do that.
