My Suggestion is to let nesting lionesses hunt even when they aré pregnant but to reduce their allowed Number of hunts to 3-4 per day... They will only stop hunting a few hours before they give birth to their cubs... They could be shown in italics but could have their names marked with a * to indicate she is hunting with a nest while pregnant.
