ahhh I have no idea, It seems a bit... Hmph, I don't know. Personally I wouldn't believe they have entirely good intentions although you'd know better than me I suppose.
But ouija boards if used incorrectly can and will invite demons and spirits of that sort into your household.

you have to remember not all spirits are bad, nor do they all have bad intentions, the only reason they are seen as 'bad' is because of the news, media and old wives tales where spirits are put in a bad light because we rarely hear of the good spirits, people only ever talk about the bad.

No no you dont offend me its just I dont generally know if the spirits can read, and if they can they might be reading over my shoulder, they can do mischievous things like that they can, which means you could accidentally offend one of the more tempermental ones, who knows.

When i was 7 or so i always saw shadows moving in the night
One time i wrote a letter to the ghost/ghosts (i actually have it but it is in german)
And put under my pillow the next morning it was on my bedroom shelve (those little tables that are next to your bed) i asked my mom and my dad if they put it there they both said that they were not in my room since then i never saw any shadows move in my house

That is incredibly interesting Yuki!
I remember when I was younger... I think Six maybe? I developed this habit of hiding under my covers because I would always here voices and see figures in the dark, Which... I think also caused my phobia of the dark? But rarely I'll hear my name be 'whispered' to me, Sometimes when I'm wide awake too.
Although currently I constantly see shadows moving out the corners of my eyes, Or when I'm tired it'll be straight up in front of me. Might just be my paranoia though, I don't know.

In my old house when i was about 10 my dog died and id often hear his spirit scratching at the back door to be let in, and when I went to the door there'd be nothing there.
