This is a suggestion for an item that increases the rate of event encounters in explore. Some of us are just plain unlucky with the RNG; some only have the time to explore one or two full bars a day, and would like that energy to count. Having a way in increase encounter rates would also give players a chance to balance out increased prices in event shops while still limiting how many of those items are introduced into the system. The item could last for around 8 hours (Similar to Roasted Lamb and Red Bull) and increase the encounter chance by about 20%?

Obviously this would be a luxury item alongside things like Energy Boosts, Roasted Lamb/Red Bull, ect, and should thus be restricted to Oasis or an event shop. A price of 2GB or 200 event currency seems fair.
