Awesome! I'll wait for one more person before making the thread. Here's the idea Ningoat and I had:

"It starts with the Guardians, like the one from the last guardian. Giant beautiful creatures that are otherwise fantasy and shouldn't exist. They are primal creatures fueled by instincts to protect their territory from human invasion, but actually fill an important role of keeping the Shadow King and Queen, Dormin and Yorda, and the shadow creatures sealed within it. They promise to grant the wishes of humans but only do so in hopes of spreading their corruption outside of the land. The Last Guardian plot takes place, and the boy grows up telling stories of how the land is evil and forbidden to keep from disturbing the guardians. He never comes in contact with Dormin and Yorda because of how powerful Trico and the other Guardians are.

But the guardians get weaker and eventually start dying off. They are resurrected as the stone guardians known as Colossus. These creatures do not have the instincts of guardians; they are less docile and more lethargic than the Guardians, but their sheer size and terrifying appearance along with the legends that spread about them is enough for most humans to stay out. Most."

Now, there will be more colossi than just the original 16. Everyone involved in the RP will get to design a colossus of their own, listing the animal it's based off of, its name, the location of its sigils, a brief description, and where it's located.
