Apologies if this has already been a suggestion, I ran a search and found nothing of it so I figured I'd post. Also apologies if this is an already implemented feature, and if so, please tell me how to use it. So I've had this idea for a while now. It occurred to me when I did a couple of mass breedings with my main male and some lionesses. I'm also very forgetful when it comes to caring for beetles and they die. My idea is to have a feature built in where users can checkbox a message or multiple messages and mark it/them as read. I don't know about any of you, but seeing more than one message about a cub birth, or a dead larva in my inbox after rollover gets pretty tiring when I have to open every one of them to make them "read", especially if I'm expecting it to happen but don't care to read the message. I mean, it's ridiculous to find I have 13+ game messages to read once I've rolled over, and to have to click on every single message so the game thinks it's been read is rather too time consuming (and especially on mobile). Though, this feature should also be reversible, meaning that users can also mark messages to make them unread, if they see fit. I don't know why anyone would want to do that but eh, to each their own, whatever floats your dreamboat. Let me know if there's anything I should add or change, or why you may not support. |

Definetly think this is a feature that would make rollover far easier! Support 'Whatever floats your dreamboat' XD 0 players like this post! Like? |

Omg, so much support! I get 10-20 new messages each RO, and most of them are "cub accident" "Cub birth" "dead beetle" and "you have lions that might leave". Such a pain in the rear to go through them individually. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Normally when I have a ton of notifications, I just delete them all. x'D That way I don't have to open them all to get the notice that I have messages to go away. But, I totally understand the need for this anyway, it would be a nice feature. Supporting! 0 players like this post! Like? |

@Mystery Yeah I've thought about doing that too, but some messages I'd rather keep for records anyway, such as if I sent a studding request or something to someone, or if I'm making a deal for something and want the messages in case something goes wrong, etc. But I don't always care to read them if it's not too important XD. Besides, we have "Delete checked" or "Delete all" options, why not a "Mark checked as read" and "Mark all as read" options too? Thanks for supporting ^^. Yes, especially for something like when you're breeding a low fert girl and get 30+ failed attempts! 0 players like this post! Like? |

@filthy casual That was me yesterday XD. I have like 50+ messages from a failed breeding attempt because I stud requested someone for my 1% fert girl and she just didn't want to conceive apparently (she finally did after like the 73rd or 74th attempt). And I got all of those messages pretty much at once so it was a pain to have to open them all individually lol. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Uh... I don't read much of any of my messages when it's because of RO, trade buyout, etc. and the notification has never stayed, I just need to click it once and it disappears after I navigate back off of the inbox page. So I guess I'm sort of confused as to what you mean by this? I understand when it comes to studding with VLFs that it can get annoying to have message after message come in, but that's about it. 0 players like this post! Like? |

@FoxxNote The thing is, when you find you have a lot of messages in your inbox (mostly game notifications), it's a tedious chore to have to read them all so that aren't highlighted or showing up as unread. And in order to do that currently, you have to click on each message individually to open them so they become read, and go back to your message center, to do the same process 36 other times (perhaps not that many, but as an example). It's like having a bunch of unread emails and not being able to make the notifications go away until you've actually opened them. This feature would allow users to check the box next to messages they don't care to actually read, and click a button to mark it as read so it's no longer highlighted or unread. It would be especially helpful for dead larva messages, cubs born messages, studding messages, etc etc, because then we won't have to open them all up one by one. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Something I do when this happens and I don't want to read them all is that I open the messages in new tabs then close the tabs and it counts them all as read. I support this though as it would be quite useful. 0 players like this post! Like? |

@Jessica Yeah I guess that is an optional alternative, I didn't even think something like that would work, let alone think of it at all. But thanks for the support anyhow ^^. 0 players like this post! Like? |
