We have ochre gnawrock. We have ochre saltslick. One of the items allows us to be sure to pass a marking, the other the mane colour.
What about the base?

Well, we all know that right bases are a pain to make - and it's good! It makes things hard for us and makes achieving some goals more satisfying!
However, looking at how breeding sidereal, celestial or other bases that are exceptionaly hard goes, I think we could really use a small boost sometimes.

Now remember I am not talking about 100% chance of given base while using the item!

Another thing to note is that this item would be only very expensive event item - no option to buy it through oasis or any other way
What I think we could use is really a small boost. Now I have a few ideas how to do that!

1. Increasing rarity pass chance

This base breeding item would give us a higher chance of special bases!
Would be helpful for breeding both rare bases (such as lilac or sidereal) and breed only bases (cinnabar, ebony)
For example, if it's common x common, then instead of 0% of special base, the chance would rise to, say, 30% (special x special chance)
For common x special the chance could be 45%, and for special x special the chance could be 60% (as I understand that 100% of special base is a bit overpowered)
This would help some breedin projects a lot for sure, even if not guaranting the special base!

2. Giving a higher chance of the parents base

This is more for a rare base breeding and should be more restricted to not be too overpowered. We don't want the numbers if sidereals to drastically increase now, do we?

Let's say you own an ice based lion and they are gettin older. You want them to pass the base asap, so you breed them with another, slate based lion. Normally you have 30% chance of special with a very low chance if this special being ice. But what if this chance would increase?
In this scenario this item would NOT increase the chance of special, but only of this exact base you want to breed. It is nowhere stated what is the exact chance of ice passing from that exact breeding, so let's say it's 5%. The item would make the chance of ice passing up to, say, 15%. It's a slight but meaningful boost that can save our souls sometimes.
