Okay, so everyone knows Lioden has items to guarantee the passing of markings (Ochre Gnawrock) and manes (Ochre Saltlick). But what about an item that guarantees the passing of bases?

Possible percentage of passing:
- 60 to 80
- 20 to 30

The item basically works like Ochre Gnawrock and Saltlick, but with bases.

I think a 20-30% pass rate would be more considerable, as some of these bases *are* raffle only lionesses and make them so valuable/rare. Much more than that, and everyone would have a sidereal/cele/skyward king. :)
