While we may call them all the same, white lions, both in captivity and in the wild, have subtle, yet noticeable color differences. I've made some bases that could give us more options when crating a naturalish white lion  AlabasterBlack Light (?)Countershaded ???  StrawberryRed Light (?)Countershaded ???  KalahariCream Light (?)Countershaded ???  Inspirations:    EDIT: Just as ginger tigers can be the breeding result of snow white with orange tigers, these bases could possibly be implemented as combo bases between albino and some special bases in their respective color groups. Possibly making albinos less useless. |

Thanks for the support guys. I was thinking that maybe strawberry could be a combo base. Just like when you breed a snow white tiger to a regular orange one you could get a ginger tabby tiger, strawberry could be the possible result of breeding albinos to darker, more saturated red bases. All of these could be Albino combos :O Alabaster could be a result from breeding Albino to bases like Jet, Obsidian and Titanium, Strawberry looks like you could get it from an Albino x Palomino breeding, maybe even Cremello, Sorrel and Sandy, and Kalahari could easily be from one of the medium or light cream bases  0 players like this post! I do like this idea but if we were going by exactly how tabby/golden/strawberry/ ginger tigers are bred, they would have to be inbred because those tigers are produced by breeding mother to son or daughter to father. But I doubt it would affect anything in lioden because it doesn't matter if your lions inbreed or not. 0 players like this post! Like? |
