Pretty simple, once you contract rabies you get a sticky banner that notifies you that you've got it and that you can and should buy a Devil's claw item from the shop, it includes a link to the shop which is handy. However it'd be useful/convenient to have the ability to dismiss this banner once it pops up so for those who don't immediately desire to get rid of it they don't have to continue seeing the banner on every page. Probably just put in a little [X] in the corner like other banners sometimes have to do this c:

You can easily navigate to the shop on your own time when it's wanted/ needed to get a devil's claw so it wouldn't be any sort of hindrance, just gets rid of an eyesore banner.
