Hello! Recently I got into Dungeons and Dragons, and would like to play more of it. So I thought I would ask around here to see if anyone would be interested in a simplified dungeons and dragons (caves and hyenas?) rp on site featuring your lions!

We would be using a heavily simplified version of fifth edition in order to keep things flowing and (hopefully) prevent confusion. People could use their main male (would not change if the main male did) or they could make their own lion! Each lion would start at 100 stats in each of the categories lioden shows, and an additional health stat. This would keep any one lion from becoming extremely more powerful than others while also giving new players a chance.

There would be 3 main classes: healer, support, and fighting. Each class could dabble in another (ex: a healer can fight) but the assigned class would be their strongest.

I would like to run a test dungeon with this system before we all get too in depth in order to make sure there are no huge flaws with the simplification. If that goes well then we would all be free to start.

Ideally we need around 3 to 8 players. I would be the dungeon master unless someone else really has their heart set on it.

Responses would not be required to be super long (ex. I don’t need a paragraph for you to tell me you walked up the stairs) but responses must be clear about your characters actions (ex. “I snuck up the stairs, keeping the others behind me.” Or “I run up the stairs ahead of everyone.”). Basically I would need an indication of speed/action/etc and relation to other characters.

Responses to me asking for a roll would not even require that much. A simple “I rolled a five total” or “I rolled a two with a +3 modifier so five” would be good.


All skill levels of rp and DnD are welcome! Hopefully the simplification will make it easy for newer players to understand
