Maybe make a new raffle type to allow for this, we have a one person wins all, standard each person who wins gets 1 thing and than a new version where it's anything goes

Only supporting for the idea of having a completely new raffle system that uses the old system for those that want it. I don't typically buy hundreds of tickets for raffles, so I'd like a better chance of winning against someone that does if they can only win once. But for the people that do buy a ton of tickets, they could enter into raffles where anything goes.

I believe that people should not be allowed to win more than one raffle prize. I mean, purchasing more tickets increases your chance of winning. It's not fair that the people with more currency will win more prizes than the newbies that paid their hard earned SB only to realize that one person won 2/3 prizes and they could've gotten a prize. This suggestion is completely unfair to everyone.

This would be a different raffle system separate from the original standard raffle, so people could set up a raffle how they decide and people could join either one.

I think it's only fair if people choose to pay for thousands of tickets that the prizes they receive will be more proportional to their investment. People with more currency have earned it or paid for it with money they've earned, and they're choosing to put it into a raffle. It's not just newer players who work for their SB. It's still a game of numbers, and if someone really decides it's worthwhile to put in thousands of SB because they want to win more, I think it's fair they might win more in return. I suppose we have different understandings of fairness here. Personally, I've taken part in raffles with some prizes I like and some prizes I don't. I'd be willing to buy more tickets to possibly win a prize I like, just in case I end up also winning something I don't like so much. From my view, I would also be more willing to purchase more tickets if I could win, for example, something of lower value (maybe a Giant Tortoise) as well as something of higher value (like a GMO Cow).

A raffle by definition is a random selection of an amount of tickets at random for prize(s). With rules in the real world it's unrealistic to have a "fair" way to win in raffle. Those who spent more materials for the tickets should have a better chance to win the prize(s).
For an instance let's imagine a situation where a person who worked their whole life to amount to enough ticket in hopes of winning a brand new car in a raffle, but there are runner up prizes which dull in comparison but would be a nice compensation for if they didn't win. Tickets gets pulled and the person wins a old jeep, they are unhappy with the thousands of dollars on multiple tickets, which keep in mind will only be counted once because to keep it "fair" for everyone who enters. All the tickets purchased gets pulled and the buyer can't be drawn anymore despite being the person to purchase the most tickets. Congratulations you won a dirty jeep, sorry no extra prizes for your efforts friend!
In my opinion I believe it would be fair for the amount of tickets to be counted all in total, due to the fact that the player clearly put more supplies for those tickets. At most that I have suggested and is suggested in this topic is having a toggle or option to have two types of raffles. Unique winners and free for all raffles. Free for all is as it's said, if you win more than once congratulations! Unique winners should, but doesn't have to be, limited to a certain amount of tickets in order for it to be "fair". Or just one ticket per person since that's all that's going to be counted in the end. Being "fair" for one type of players will be unfair to the rest, so it's really your perspective on it and how you see it will deem its justice in your eyes. :)
