Okay, so you know 'cubs born'? I think that that feature's a little...eh. You can't really see ALL the cubs that this lion has birthed (in total), and i think it's a little inconvenient- especially if you're going through a certain lion's lineage to look at all their cubs. What i propose is a 'family tree' feature that could possibly replace the 'cubs born'.

Okay, so i'm the kind of person who loves to trace lions' lineages all the way to the beginning- to the very first lioness, the very first king, the very first cub. I love to see how families change, from appearances to stats to owners. I personally hate having to open a new tab every time i'm looking at a long lineage of lions and want to get a good look at every single one. So, i think it'd be easier/ more convenient to make a little family tree!

It could just be a small box with the rundown of a lion: a small portrait of their head in their current state, their name, gender, and ID, their age, their stats, their birth pride, and their current pride.

Maybe something like this...?
https://imgur.com/rmvJlot (sorry, html isn't working with the image for some reason)
I mean, it'd obviously look like an actual family tree and be composed a little better, but whatever, i think you get the point. XD

What'd be even cooler is if, when you hovered over a lion's portrait (with only their name under their portrait), an 'extended' window would appear, listing the pride and stat stuff. Obviously this is just a visual quirk that could be kinda neat if it was implemented, but i'm fine without it. :3

Anyways, that's my little suggestion! Lock/delete it if it's been suggested before, otherwise please consider it! <3

I think the icons of the lion might be a bit much on the server, and be a bit to set up and load when you get to the page, but totally support if the concept was taken in a route where it was name-based! I could be wrong though

Well, the tree could always load a little slower if it's big enough to cause a little lag. Kind of like how NCL's markings load in while you're doing your thing. Then again, there's always that 'cursor hover' thing i mentioned could be a nice add-on. Come to think of it, it could help reduce lag if the portraits only appeared in the extended section!

Love it; support! I would definitely prefer a family tree set up to the current one.

If your king has been bred to about four billion females, wouldn't that be too long to display in that manner? Side scrolling for DAYS

Never said anything about this being for kings. ;Y
Also, if you look at my response to Nocteuma, i suggested that maybe, to lessen the lag, portraits could only pop up when your cursor hovers over the name of a lion, and that the tree could load periodically (like NCLs).

No, like if your family tree included a king. Because it includes the family, it would include the king and in turn every single lioness and her offspring. In a family. Idk what you mean by ncl's loading periodically but it probably makes sense so nvm

Well, if you were on a king's page, then it'd show all his offspring, but if you were on a lioness that bred with the king's page, then it'd only show the lioness's offspring who's father was the king.

Okay, this is getting confusing.

I mean, on my computer, when encountering a NCL, the base loads first, then the outline of the lioness, then the markings, and by then i've already left or started claiming the lioness. Dunno if my computer's just bad, but....

Oh! I thought you mean her lineage which was what confusing me. I still think this would be a bit complex without need. But it would be cute!

eh..?
it's late over here, can't think :'Y

Again, it's just a suggestion, but i think it'd reduce lag, at least a little... <3

Isn’t this the same as the heritage button?

@Wolfie Yeah, but i really don't like how it's laid out- mainly because i have to open a new tab for each and every pride member i wanna look at, and it doesn't give a brief overview of lions, so you have to, again, open a new tab for every single lion you wanna look at and look at the small thing you wanted to look at for that lion on that page.

Long story short, this was suggested to be a more convenient alternative to the heritage button for those nerds who love tracing a lion's heritage all the way to the beginning...in full detail. (a.k.a, me XD)
