As the title says!
(Maybe this has been suggested before, i'm unsure, sorry if it has!)

I imagine it'd be convenient to have a symbol next to a NCL's name, like a clock, to tell when their cooldown to be traded/sent away/killed is still going, and would disappear when the cooldown is over.

I dunno, just a very minor thing, it wouldn't be very necessary, but could be useful I'm sure!
