I really do think albino should be a special base. Color-wise it's basically an upgraded version of a common color, white, to be less natural/boring looking, which is what most special bases try to accomplish - it even has pink shading around the face to mimic albinism, as far as I'm concerned it has the artistic hallmarks of a special base. It even has a special eye color that matches with it.

Since it can randomly pop out of any breeding, it could be like the beginner's special base! Anyone can get it even if they can't afford a special applicator, and it can already be super rarely found on NCLs. It would be a gateway into special base breeding without having to buy your way in via applicators or higher priced cubs.

Unless there's some kind of balancing reason I'm not aware of, I'd like to hear arguments why it should be common.
