Does anyone else find it super freakin' annoying when someone wins a new raffle mark and then proceeds to keep the mark to themselves for months and months, years even? We saw it with vit 8, practically every fulvous mark (ESPECIALLY rogue), currently with all the inverted Zebra marks (except white) and when margay first came out several users [who also had margay studs] entreated me to try and get a monopoly on the mark by raising my stud price from 5gb to 10gb-- I ignored them. Feline 7 silky was being hoarded by two users who only decided to sell when I convinced Katze to put the mark in the next couple of Special Ladies. Literally, they went up for sell the next INSTANT. Lioden's current system of introducing new marks into the game isn't efficient. It actually encourages monopoly, and I'm fairly certain trying to acquire a monopoly against anything in-game is against the rules (correct me if im wrong). That said, Lioden shouldn't be running on a system that encourages monopoly. If a mark fails to pass on a breed, you have to wait a month to try again. And if it does pass, usually that cub ends up kinged and the person who kinged it charges outrageous prices for a mark. Sometimes the winner of the special lady straight up just goes inactive shortly after winning her and sometimes they just outright refuse to sell the cubs. I propose there be more than one special lioness, maybe up to five, maybe in different slots so that users would prefer one mark over the other. This means there would be multiple instances of the mark and the winners would be competitors instead of having a monopoly over the market and forcing other users to pay ridiculously high prices in studdings that don't even guarantee passing. However, the other special ladies would not be as good as the main Raffle Lioness. Each extra lady could vary in quality, declining as they go. Extra special ladies wouldn't be the norm for specials either. Raffle Lionesses would be as they are now, unless a special mark was released. Then and only then would there be multiples. Multiples would appear thusly (the sample new mark is Cream Inverted Zebra, one variation who's other variants are currently being hoarded): Featured Secondary Tertiary Quarternary Quinary The community should not have to wait several months for a new mark to circulate through the game and I feel this would dissuade users from being greedy and selfish. |

I just think that one a week is enough I've never won and have been playing for almost two year I just personally think that the way it runs is good and doesn't need to be changed everyone is entitled to their own opinion this is mine And the only reason I spent 100 gb was to get the marking from a hoarder it was a collective effort from my clan Also good luck with your idea it is a good one just not one I support 0 players like this post! I support. i do agree that one special lioness is not enough to get marking out to all the players on lioden. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I actually really like the idea of multiple Special Lionesses being given out each week, especially since there's a LOT more users than there was before. I also love the idea of them being a bit different from each other, that's really cute. (I LOVE the secondary girl in your post) I think even a "top 3" sort of thing would be a good number EDIT: Oh, also, I was thinking about suggesting some more Raffle-exclusive bases (e.g. Sepia, Lilac, Pearl) and this would go really well with that, since there's a good chance that a single lioness will never pass her super-special base. Crunchy Worms help, but still. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 02/03/18 @ 15:25:07 by Thalath๐ (#41669) |

I support. one special lioness is not enough to get the markings out to all the players of lioden. some people hoard the special lionesses. I like you solution to the special lionesses. having more than one special lioness in the lioden community will help get out markings to community easier than one special lioness. 0 players like this post! I support however I don't think 5 is realistic considering designing that many lionesses would be a piss take especially every week. I'd say prehaps 2-3 maximum 0 players like this post! Like? |

Thought i'd give this a friendly bump, because i love this idea and i love that lioness. I agree with a few other people about just capping it at 3 ladies, though! 0 players like this post! Like? |

Bringing this back since the new raffle mane probably isn't going to be available for a while, unfortunately. 0 players like this post! Like? Edited on 25/03/18 @ 06:54:03 by Jackass|Çษฎ|FulvSpeck (#103364) |

I never even considered this, but now that you mention it, it totally is an issue. Nobody should be able to monopolize a certain marking. Full support. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I totally agree. I wasn't aware that monopolizers would actually entreat other users who get the raffle marking to raise their prices too - that's a bit crazy. Personally, I'm all for markings having the opportunity to spread. Bases, mane bases, and mane shapes too. Alternatively, perhaps there could be a similar system but with a stud, like Maneaters. The stud would change out weekly like the raffle lioness, and studding to him costs Monkey Teeth. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I think this is a great idea. The current system does seem to encourage monopolies. 0 players like this post! Like? |
