In this RP, we’re going with the AU that Katniss never won the Hunger Games, and they continued long into the future! President Snow has thus passed away from old age, and President Mayard has been elected into office. Panem life is as normal as it can be…

The Games…
This Roleplay is set up as a competition! There are several factors that will affect you, such as the hunger-bar, popularity for sponsors, and more! The single winner will be documented on the blog, and will be invited to help plan the next Games!


ELEMENTS OF THE ROLEPLAY
HUNGER BAR

Every day, you will lose 20% of your “Hunger Bar.” This bar is key to your survival, and you can raise it by eating various food that you find. When the bar hits 0%, you have a two (2) day grace period to find enough food to get back up to 20%. If you do not, your character will perish. All-in-all, this allows for roughly a week of inactivity, so please be aware of how active you can be!

POPULARITY

Sponsors are your life-line! People viewing the blog will be able to place their bets on who will win, and, if approved by the Gamemaker, they can sponsor some supplies to you! Alternatively, the more popular you are in general, the more chance to have the Gamemakers spare you… or target you. You will be given a popularity bar to gauge how popular you are with the Capitol. With the Panem sponsors on the blog, you’ll just have to wait and see…

TRAINING

In the week(s) before the Games, every tribute will be allowed to train together. Your training will be recorded by the Gamemakers, and may come in handy later on… As always, Careers start with three (3) basic training skills, while the rest start with none.

CORNUCOPIA

At the beginning of the Games, the supplies are stashed in the Cornucopia… Each weapon, bag, and item will be described before the Bloodbath begins. Grab what you need and run!

RANDOMIZED EVENTS

The Gamemakers are always trying to spice things up… Be sure to stay alert!
