As always; Welcome to Without Honor. |

Greetings Traveler |

Dragon Talisman, also known as Without Honor, is a homebrewed table-top game hosted on Discord and occasionally Roll20 primarily using functions from the well known game of Dungeons & Dragons. Our sessions are typically at 8:00pm EDT until 12:00-1:00am EDT.
What am I Looking for? |

2-4 players willing and able to join in our homebrew family, we recently lost a player and are about to begin a new portion to our campaign which has been going for nearly half-a year. We've had two campaigns, both being connected, and the story is put together by yours truely. Most of the story is in vague outline and is meant to be able to shift however the players decide to go. My current issue is finding people willing and able to not only join, but actively help the plot progression as I often find myself having to drive the story forward myself via NPCs or out of character intervention since our group is small and prone to having bad communication unless prompted into action. Hopefully, new blood will encourage activity among them.
Also, you'll be helping with some plot that the current group isn't even aware of yet. Whether you work with, or actively against, the existing groups is up to you... So you could be a bad guy, a good guy, or just trying to survive.
I Don't Know How to Play |

No worries! I taught most of our current group the general gists and we don't use all of the complex mechanics from D&D or other table tops. I plan to take the newcomer(s) and run them through a smaller campaign to develop their characters into the world and adjust you to how the group works.
Wait, What's the Plot Though? |

Well, long story, so I'll give a summary.
Last campaign our former party traveled to the north in order to investigate an artifact a Drow merchant had sent them to recover. Along the way, they encountered many strange occurrences from the forest life dying (both animals and plants) to villages where people had gone mad and begun to rampage. Each player's character was chosen by a different god to take on the task of battling the sickness engulfing the lands. The end of the campaign was a fight against a god known as Douer, however, that wasn't the end as the player were forced to fight a dragon known as Severance, the ultimate cause of the sickness he bore the name of. After the fight ended the group discovered the realm of Declaven, a slightly more advanced society lying beyond the mountains their people had believed to be a death sentence to traverse.
The first campaign ending with the development of a group known as The Defenders of Fate being formed training those seeking refuge and freedom from their old lives to detect and destroy the remaining Severance, as the last group failed to eliminate Severance in its entirety.
500 Years later is where the new campaign takes places, and your character will be a Defender of Fate as the world once again needs to be saved.

This campaign allows for intricate NPC relationships, friendships, alliances, and whatever else you can think of. I encourage deciet and lying, along with pushing the story against it's boundaries to investigate new things. All I ask is that you follow basic decency and post at least 3 sentences or more. So...
