For some reason I don't have this issue on my main account. Despite having the cub stages, from newborn, etc the moment I go to the wardrobe when I click "Import to wardrobe" that cub shows as an adult.

But for this account, since I do not have the cub stages and my cubs are at default when born they are still cubs when I import them to wardrobe. Not sure if that's how it is or there's another theory for it, but I do agree. It should also show you the age as an adult, however it does give you the drop-down option to show what stage they can be shown at, nonetheless. of course I understand it's annoying you have to click and choose, but at least they give you that option.

Why not have a toggle on the account: "Import to Wardrobe as Adult". Toggling it on will always import a lion, regardless of age, as an adult in wardrobe unless they are a lethal that dies as a cub. Toggling it off will import the lion to wardrobe at its current age.
