These pairs are monogamous, and may or may not be interested in having young. My bonded Ekaises will never be up for stud unless otherwise stated here, and if the Ekais in question is, they will in fact be seeking to form a mate-pair with the other. Whether this occurs or not is up to the other player. Muties are the unanimous exception. The amount of babies each of my Ekaises desires is measured on the following scale. None - No litters. Few - One or two litters. Average - Three to six litters. Clan - 7+ litters. --- Long Personality Descrip Summer: By all accounts, she is a bleeding heart. This Ekais adores smaller creatures and especially babies. Her heart is eternally devoted to the human who traveled deep into the woods to find her. Being the first Ekais belonging to me, her gentle soul would burn any who stood in my way. Her flame is white and pure, but the fire that burns under her fur is hotter than any star. She would die to protect those who she loves. The only soul she values above mine is that of her hatchlings -- there was never a doubt in my mind that she would never hesitate to kill me if I threatened her young in any way. Murex: A much more mild-mannered Ekais than his mate, he is a calm soul who prefers to support his fiery bleeding heart mate from a distance. Preferably not any father than his flame can reach, though. Murex prefers to be as close to her as he can, and his main loyalty seems to lie with Summer rather than me. He shares her devotion, but not to the extent that I originally expected. He is much more likely to flee from a conflict than defend me from it, but I would still trust him with my life and I have no qualms with leading him through the darkness of the forest. Raspberry: This Ekais tends to feel like an outsider from the others, and much prefers my company and undivided attention to that of my other family. Her passion is teaching little ones and helping me with whatever pursuit I am in. While Ekaises are more intelligent than I will ever be, she surpasses any other I've met. She can almost communicate with me solely by watching me. - After the birth of her hatchlings and the rejection of the Ekais she bred with, Raspberry fell into a depression. She stopped grooming herself, and all she cared about was the hatchling she had with her. I felt very guilty for making her do such a thing, and I swore she'd never have to do it again unless she wanted to. Galaxy: Being a protective and strong male, it would come as a surprise to many that his main past-time is helping females with their nests and trying to keep the too-trusting Murex or the naive Summer from getting hurt. He has quite the temper and very little grace for those who test his patience (unless they are too young to know better). He would much rather sit on a nest of eggs himself than go exploring with me, but he makes an astounding guard if I'm not moving around much. Mansa: When she met Galaxy, she was immediately smitten. Their love was not quite as instant as Summer and Murex's, though. He was standoffish and preferred to keep his distance, but eventually the two bonded. By far, she is my most empathetic Ekais. Her and Galaxy are the ideal pair, acting as parents for everyone else in the clan. Other Ekaises have started to obey them, and it almost seems like they have formed a hierarchy, with Galaxy and Mansa at the top. 0 players like this post! Helius loves to collect old trinkets, usually human ruins. Pots, pans, jewelry, pieces of cloth - he even has a rusted old church steeple! Anything he can get his sticky little paws on ends up in his hoard, a little cave not far from the edge of the forest. To make his actions even weirder, the little nut job refuses to leave his den during the day! Only once the sun goes down will he come out and begin his daily search for baubles. Due to Helius' obsession with human artifacts, Rui has been able to read books on tangos and other traditional dances. He even occasionally borrows Helius' record on salsa dancing! While a bit unconventional, Rui's love for dance is truly something to marvel at.
