Alright first things first I usually don't make bases and the only tools I'm currently able to use for it are Paint.net and the mouse so please bare with me.

So I came across an ask on Tumblr , which was asking for more white bases. And I decided to give it a try. I present you , Snow base!


I know it doesn't look too professional at all and I wanted to make the blue part more sparkle-ish and ice-like , but I couldn't get it the way I was hoping to. Feel free to add on to this suggestion!
