Hello new people! You might've just joined or have been on here for maybe not a long time, and you might've just got a mutie! Anyways, you might be wondering the differences between nonlethal and lethal mutations, and what mutations are. I'm here to help ya! Just look on here if you don't wanna look at the wiki(too lazy sometimes). Tell me if something is wrong, and credit to Abbey for the mutie info.

MUTATIONS
Mutations are unique deformites or non-deformities in your lion. There are different kinds of mutations, some are lethal and can damage your cubbins and some are non-lethal, but can have some perks to them. I'll give you a list of mutation items. In case you were wondering, mutations can happen with any fertility level, but mostly in lower fertility levels. Either way, both hybrids and mutations are rare. You can use different items to increase the change of mutations.
COTTON ROOT BARK-This is fed to a pregnant lioness. Once given, it will induce a miscarriage, and the chances of mutations(and a lethal mutation) increase. You find these at the Oasis.
LION MEAT-Located in the Carrion Shop, which is unlocked during the January Event, is Lion Meat. You feed these to lionesses before pregnancy. It gives your lioness a low chance to breed a mutation. It has a lower chance than GMO Cow, but better than 1% Fertility.
GMO COW-These are found in the Prophet Shop during the September Event. You feed these to your lionesses before pregnancy, and these give you a "high" chance of getting a mutated cub.
PENNYROYAL-You find these in the Oasis, and give them to a primal before breeding. These are fed to studs, and will boost chances of a mutation variation in your primal's next litter. Only primals are able to have these.
*NOTE* It is recommended you stack these with a Buffalo Scrotum, as the mutation chance rolls per cub. You can also use a Safou Fruit to remove bad genetic mutations.

LETHAL MUTATIONS
Lethal mutations are the fatal kind of mutation your cub can receive. You'll usually get a reminder/description and your cub will die in the next few real life days(months in Lioden world). Below is a list of LETHAL mutations.
CYCLOPIA-This mutation appears at birth and the affected cub dies in one real life day(month). You'll get two messages(1: Your lioness notices her Cub is different to all the others. It doesn't move, barely breathes, and it's muzzle...it's just causing her heart to shatter. 2: Cub died last night due to being lethally deformed)
HARLEQUIN ICHTYOSIS-This mutation appears at birth. The cub affected with it will die in one real life day. You'll get two health messages(1: Looks like Cub was born with a skin thick like a shell. It has trouble breathing and suckling. 2: Cub died due to breathing complications)
CONJOINED-Conjoined cubs always appear at birth. Unlike Harlequin Ichtyosis and Cyclopia, this mutation will make any affected cubs die in two real life days. You'll get three health messages(counting Month 0, 1: Your lioness notices her Cub...is two cubs, joined together at vital places! She isn't sure if they are one cub or two. It...They both suck the milk though, but don't move much. 2: While cubs this age learn to walk and meet the world around them, Cub are having trouble functioning and struggle to move. They constantly trip and get into trouble. 3: Cub died last night due to the lethal condition of the bodies.)
TWO HEADS-The Two Heads mutation also appears at birth. Any cub affected with this dies in 3 real life days. (1: Your lioness notices her Cub is different to all the others. It has two mouths, two noses, and four eyes! She's scared for its life but the cub suckles milk from both mouths. 2: Cub seems to be learning how to walk and play properly, although it is very apathetic and prefers to sit and look around with its widened field of view. 3: Cub has trouble feeding and controlling its body. It had a seizure last night. 4: Cub died last night due to lethally deformed head)
LIPOMATOSIS-This mutation makes the cub die in 5 real life days. (1: Your lioness gave birth to Cub, and notices it is different to all the others. It has lumps all over its tiny body, but appears healthy otherwise. 2: The lumps covering Cub's body are getting bigger... 3: Cub has trouble moving. Looks like some lumps are growing deeper inside of the little cub's body as well. 4: Cub no longer plays with other cubs, having all its energy drained by trying to stand up or walk with all that weight. 5: You notice lumps covering Cub's spine and back. The cub doesn't move very much lately and is very apathetic. 6: Cub passed away due to health complications)
SIRENOMELIA-Sirenomelia appears at birth and kills the affected cub in five real life days. (1: Your lioness gave birth to Cub, a slightly deformed baby. She's unsure if it will survive but it seems to crawl for milk like all others.
