Creators note; I wanted to say thank you to everyone for your support, I honestly thought the idea would be rejected! Please feel free to leave your ideas and opinions, you can make it better. All ideas left, that can be agreed upon, will be edited into the post and credited to you! The exact cause for this 'mutation' of sorts has yet to be settled by scientists, however, theories have spread that it may be caused by a Parasitic Twin, Teratoma (or tumor), or in my words, a growth of body parts. I am aware that this is similar to some of the current lethal mutations such as Conjoined twins, Lipomatosis and Extra limbs, however, I found that the particular place and the suggestions are in some ways different. Another reason for my suggestion is that the Mountain lion, or cougar, had survived with this mutation until it was shot legally in Idaho. I'm aware that the similarities lessen the chance of agreement, so I am willing to accept criticism/ideas that may work with it. I'm mostly interested in their being a parasitic twin mutation, similar, though different to Conjoined twins. Image (I don't own this and don't claim to. WARNING: CONTENT IS DISTURBING.): https://images.earthtouchnews.com/media/1516540/10624917_1040026129353935_4962972082238955811_n.jpg?width=710&height=10000&mode=max&upscale=false The Cons of This Mutation: - This mutation is EXTREMELY rare in general, this being the only example I can find in the big-cat world. - The exact cause is undecided. - This was found in a cougar which is not a lion, but it's own type of big cat. - It is similar to other mutations found in the game. Penalties: This lion would be unable to hunt, however breeding could be possible, just with low fertility. This lion would also die early due to the limbs, around 8-9 years. "This lion may become hungry much faster, becoming more hungry per day. This lion may also receive less hunger from prey." - Illuminate (#131469) Message: "Your (cub/s) have been born, but one looks peculiar. It seems to be fine, but the sight is disturbing. You wonder for it's health and capabilities." If someone has posted this Mutation idea, please let me know so I can link them! If there is anything I should add, remove or change, please let me know! Links to other Mutation posts: None as of now! |

I for sure agree with this. There are cases of humans having a parasitic twin or being a parasitic twin. In some cases, one fetus would eat or consume their twin then, growing older they would have "remains" such as hair that never digested, or just have extra body parts as you stated. I think it's an awesome idea. Update, here's an image I found of a parasitic twin that had grown with a person (I do not own this picture) 0 players like this post! Like? Thank you! I really support your addition of the 'eating away' factor! 0 players like this post! Like? |

Support! I believe there was a teratoma tumor suggestion, which got me into the mutation (and I did a whole report on it). These things fascinate me ^^ 0 players like this post! Like? |

I had decided to stray away from the tumors since it's already a mutation available in game, but the thought of a parasitic twin fascinated me! 0 players like this post! Like? |

This is particularly prevalent in cows, many of which can live relatively normal lives with the exception of needing extra nourishment to make up for the twin essentially "feeding" off their resources (the affected lion could lose more hunger per rollover maybe). I think a good art for a non-lethal version of this mutation could look a lot like this: http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2017/11/20/13/4689DA6900000578-5100483-image-a-31_1511186089500.jpg (image is not disturbing) 0 players like this post! Yeah! I feel it couldn't be lethal, however it would have penalties for it such as being unable to hunt due to obstruction of movement and dying earlier than normal (8-9 years) 0 players like this post! Like? |

An idea for this is that the lion gets hungry much more quickly (Like 30 each day or something) or that food doesnt fill it up as much as it would any other lion? Idk, just an idea :) 0 players like this post! Like? |
