So, I have a few of these, but, I don't know what they are for. I tried to find them in the Item Directory thing on the wiki, but....they aren't even listed?

What are they used for?

Also, guys, I don't need a thousand answers that say the -exact same thing-. I get ya'll want that badge but, seriously...it's overkill and the notifications are annoying.
