Since it's already kinda rare to get trapped while exploring, I'd say it'd be a scar you could buy in the Black Market shop during March (but that's really up to Devs and what-not).

Got inspired by the Leg Hold Trap Decor that sometimes is shown to get trapped on a lionesses leg if she has a certain pose.
