My rules are quite straightforward and I stand by them strictly, so please do not try to avoid any and please, read through all the rules before reserving a breeding.
My prices will not change, they are set firmly. Sometimes they can be more expensive, other times cheaper, depending only on how the market price are at that moment. There are no refunds/compensations if you happened to reserve a breeding at a certain time and prices change.

Bark Heat - Full Litter
There is no payment for this litter and you received the full litter. (See clause "Studder Must Provide" for the required heat items)
Barkless Heat - Full Litter
There's a larger payment for this litter (varies per dwarf) and you receive the full litter. (See clause "Studder Must Provide" for the required heat items)
Barkless Heat - Split Litter
There is a smaller payment for this litter (varies per dwarf) but the litter is split between yourself and I. (See clause "Studder Must Provide" for the required heat items)

Rule/Making Reservations:
In no case whatsoever will any of my dwarves leave my den. None.
You must provide information on how you plan to pay for the Reverse Fee, whether pure GB or with items.
You must choose wether you will be using my stud (free) or another, in which you must send the stud fee along with everything else (including your own).
Once items/payment towards breeding have been received, they will not be refunded if you decide you no longer want the breeding.
If there is already a reservation made on a female you are interested in, feel free to request being a back up reservation in the case that the first reserver is unable to follow through with payment!

Multiple Dwarf Clause:
Barked Full Heat & Barkless Full Heat: You keep ALL dwarves born in any litter, no matter what. Whichever cubs you do not want I will keep for myself or to sell.
Barkless Split Heat: The number of potential dwarf cubs are split between the both of us. You get first pick. For example:
1 dwarf - yours
2 dwarves - first pick is yours, other is mine
3 dwarves - first pick is you, then myself, then you again
And so on...

Once your litter is born:
-You are welcome to provide Aging Stones for your cubs, but I am more than happy to hold onto them until they wean naturally.
-Any cubs you do not wish to keep will fall under my ownership.
-In the case of Multi Dwarf litters: You will keep all dwarves produced unless you're doing a barkless split heat (read clause "Multiple Dwarf Clause")
-There is no compensation or refunds if a litter fails to produce dwarf cubs. (read clause below)

In the case no Dwarves are born:
- There are no compensations or refunds if the litter fails to produce dwarf cubs. The chance is there and that's a risk taken when breeding.

In the event of a mutation other than Dwarf appearing:
- You get to keep it, unless you do not wish to keep it (read clause "Once your litter is born").
- In the event a lethal mutation produced, it is up to you to provide a Jellyfish item if you wish to keep it. If it is unwanted/no Jellyfish is provided, it falls under my ownership and I choose wether or not it gets frozen, dies, or is sold.
