Hello, all!

A couple of weeks ago, my friends and I were discussing something and we thought of a cool idea and I offered to create the suggestion which I'm finally getting to after weeks

Here's the idea:

An item that works like hyena butter but it makes regular enemies become less attracted to you. The item will not include event enemies.

Want a more detailed description?:

If applied, Berry Juice will repel regular enemies in explore for 30 minutes. Event enemies are not repelled and perhaps more attracted to you.

How will this work?

The Berry Juice will last for 30 minutes and to prevent abuse from the item, a max capacity of using 5 per day will be held. Of course, the max can be lowered. The item can either be found in Monkey Business, Oasis, or an event.

Lore behind the item/idea
The item can be compared to Peeta from The Hunger Games. He covered himself in paint (in this case, berry juice) to prevent people from finding him. Another idea is camouflage.

If anybody has suggestions or like to voice their opinion on the idea, you are free to.

Thank you

This suggestion has 68 supports and 0 NO supports.

Suggestions:
- It can be craftable by many different colored berries found in explore

- Instead of having more event enemies be attracted to you, the ratio will be the same. Just the enemies will be replaced by normal explore or event encounters. The event animal battles/encounters will not be raised.

Perhaps we could make a reference to a certain kids show and make it be craftable? *cough* Disney's Adventures of the Gummi Bears kid's cartoon circa mid 80's early 90's *cough*

It doesn't have to be but it just reminded me of Gummiberry Juice from the cartoon lol This is a good idea though! The only issue is the mixture in the show requires a total of 21 berries (6 red, 4 orange, 3 purple, 4 blue, 3 green, and a yellow respectively.) And every craftable here uses a total of 30. So perhaps it should just be a buyable thing without the Crafting option, I just thought it'd be a cute little nod to fans of the obscure old show.

It would be interesting to craft it ^ It could be like those shiny stones in explore, and you need like you said, 6 berries of one color, 6 of another, so on and so forth. It could make the item rare/r as well!

One thing I see with this is more herbivores will approach because you smell like berries. So, carnivore won't bother you, but herbivore have a chance of attacking you cause you smell like food. And maybe in explore, you can find like a puddle to roll in and wash off the juice early.

I take issue with the "Event enemies are not repelled and perhaps more attracted to you" part. I could see this being abused during months in which currency is gained through battles (which is a lot of them, such as October, May ect) and this would result in an increase of currency collected which would either crash the market (lion scrotum would be far more widespread) or make the admins decrease the rate of currency/frequency of battles, punishing those who don't use it.
I would support this suggestion if it only repelled or had no affect on event encounters - an increase would not be preferable.

Well, this suggestion was originally be able to make you get more event explore encounters appear. So instead of making the event animals become more attracted to you, I can make it have no effect to it at all? Just as you suggested

Yeah, that would be preferable. I can't support an item which makes event enemies more likely, but I can support an item which repels normal enemies (as long as the missing percentage of encounters is filled in with normal Explore encounters, therefore having no affect on the rate of event encounters).
