@River Becky takes a deep breath trying to regain courage to keep on going, she crawls a few more steps then the creature crouches down as well. Great! Now she can't see it, She stands back up again and sees a mouse-like tail but it's really big. Is that a giant freaking rat? She false charges toward where the creature crouched into the tall grass and nothing. Hmmm... She barks, nothing. She walks up to the grass and parts it open with her paw to see a creature that appears to be dead? What the... she pokes it and no response. She starts to walk away after poking it a couple more times but feels guilty just leaving a dead creature there, maybe she should bury it. Bury weird creature? A. Yes B. Becky shrugs and starts walking back to the top of the hill when she hears a snicker. She whips around and the creature that was dead seconds before is now standing right behind her. Her eyes widen in terror, the creature is so grotesque looking and it's kinda foaming around the mouth. The creature laughs again but this time it doesn't sound so creepy, it shakes its head and the foam goes flying into the grass, ew. "Haven't you ever seen a possum before?" Becky is as still as a statue, clearing in shock. "Hey, I'm sorry bout scarin you but it was sooooo easy! The name's Ed, so whatcha doing around here, why aren't cha swimming or something?" @Violet The all the rain recently has made the river overflow and that means you might be able to find something in the shallows worth keeping or maybe find something cooler more inland that was been uncovered by the rain. Travelling is a bit harder since everything is muddy, but that's fine as long as the adventure is fun, right? Well Lucid doesn't really mind the rain, when is rain is makes her pelt softer and more colorful, it also gives her the best sleep ever which is always a plus. Lucid walks over to check how flooded the river is and it's super flooded, the water goes halfway up the hill! Where to explore? A. Flooded River B. Land 37/40 energy 0 players like this post! @River Becky explains how she thought he was dead and doesn't even know what a "possum". And she explains that not all Otterdogs like to swim and how some prefer land over water anyways. She ends up having a full out rant about how land is better than water and the poor possum is just sitting there taking it all in. He nods then starts to slowly walk away. Becky barks at him and he stops. "Why can't I go?! I've been listenin' to you rant 'bout stuff that doesn't apply to me and I got stuff to do so imma go!" He turns and walks away that's when you notice he's limping. Help him? A. Yes! Gotta repay him for listening to your rant B. No! He was rude! 23/40 energy 0 players like this post!
