Some of the simple stuff like grammar errors hurt my heart, and it's getting more evident that LD needs a professional writer the more event storylines and NPCs they put into the game.

Please yes. We may actually get some more interesting storylines! They've seemed kind of lacking to me, the only interesting one being Apedemak, who is the pretty obvious favorite, and the first event if I remember correctly. The Nirah/Demons/Angels one had a good start, Nirah was a really interesting character, and the angel lion wasn't too bad, but once you pick sides and go through with all that stuff it flat lined a lot. Some more interaction and plot would be awesome!

I'm a published fiction author and I would have to agree to a point. The stories are not bad by any means, but some of the style is...lacking. Things like repeating the same words closely in the same paragraph, overuse of passive voice, etc.

Many of the stories feel like they were written because the writer felt they HAD to do it, not because he or she was genuinely interested in the subject matter.

Like I said, I'm currently doing this type of writing for a game. I enjoy it and through my interactions with the other members of that team I've realized how important it is to have someone who doesn't have to worry about other aspects of the game to write.

When just talking to people I dont really care abt grammar and stuff but I probably know what's up.

I feel like in general theres inconsistency with characters and the plots are just being recycled. It may also have the benefit of a writer having a better understanding of a redemption arc and how to write one.

Lioden could use a professional writer who knows how to construct a story-line, knows where to lay boundaries, knows proper differences between passive and active voice and other grammatical information that help convey a story well and in-proper. It all feels a little half done, no offense to the whoever is writing, but that's just how it feels.
When I write, everything goes through an editing grinder. I don't feel like that is being done here either, and editing is essential to writing.

Yes. While it had the most compelling story, it was also the most unexpected and came out of nowhere with how harsh it was; especially in comparison to the other, simple minded events.

Complete support. There are tons of glaring grammatical errors in general, from item descriptions to flavor text; sometimes, it's to such an extent that it's not even comprehensible. The Lion Meat description, for example, makes.... no sense.

I don't even know what many of the items in Lioden do: with useless descriptions such as "A tasty treat from an ostrich egg, very nutritious!" (Egg Yolk), how are we supposed to know what that item even does? Not to mention that comma splice.
Some other examples of items we don't even know the purpose of until you're experienced on the site and figure it out yourself: Stick, Rock, Ostrich Egg, Lion Tooth, Lucky Foot, Egg Yolk, and so many more.
