@Sanity; I think perhaps the Locust Inverted the father is the trigger alongside the Feline. I don't think there needs to be two lions with a mark, I think it works even with just the one - which is evidence in the instance of unmarked lions producing rosettes, too. We'll keep scrying, something might stand out soon :D :D

I genuinely think that colour and slot of rosettes are probably random, but I wonder if there’s any correlation between markings and type - I haven’t looked to closely yet, but I’ve noticed that in my studs at least, they tend to throw either mostly soft rosettes or heavy rosettes, with fairly little overlap.

Had this girl born, and sold, and I really, really think she might give some powerful insight to random rosettes. Her parents had near indentical marks, all of which are Vitiligo.

Was doing some scrying and had a random auburn heavy rosette show up. Not sure why it's showing up under the rest of the markings, despite being slot 6.
