In oasis, I think it's great there's a way to sort GB sales for purchase. It is helpful but i'm noticing alot of problems and i just came across another issue... I still intend to sell my GB for 1200-1300 SB. but.... someone who was selling GB for 1400-1500.... bought it... and I feel like that doesn't seem right.... So I'm doing some suggestions for GB sales in oasis. My first suggestion is if you have GB sales up you can't purchase others from the board. cause i get a feeling that's either someone taking advantage or further manipulation of the market by possibly flip selling or not letting someone else get the GB. Comments, critiques, concerns, feel free to post, I'd love to hear more thoughts on this, or even further to the suggestion. Just to clarify, I am not complaining about GB prices, ask as much as you want for it... I just think there should be an option to keep people in GB sales from purchasing other players. |

No support, it’s sort of how the market works for everything. Buy out the cheaper items, sell them for more or the average price if the average price is higher than you bought it for  0 players like this post! Like? |

No support. That's how markets work. You flip things. It's common and a great way to get more money. If you wish to sell it cheaper than the rest, expect sales to go out fast and for others to maybe sell it for more 0 players like this post! Like? |

If you already have a GB sale up though or multiple..... then you really don't have a reason to buy out a lower trade except the reason you just stated. I prefer to think that I'm actually selling my GB to someone who could use it. So not only am i discouraged to purchase GB from the oasis sales but now I'm discouraged to sell it there too. I don't understand this at all. Why do you want to sell lower than the market? Just sell at 1499 and you won't have a problem with resellers. Your buyers WILL be people who want to use it most likely at that point. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I've been on the game years, I don't buy GB for real money, the price I used to know was 12-1300. If I want to sell it for that price then there's no reason I shouldn't be able to sell it to someone for a price i want to, and not contribute to market manipulation. Have you been on a hiatus? GB sales have gone up because SB has been more easily acheived. We're not saying you can't sell your GB for 12-1300 SB. We're just saying that no matter what, people flip stuff in the market. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Last I knew since apparently this is the market now, undercutting is supposed to be a thing too. With this you can't even undercut people, they'll be the ones with the "bargain" I'd also like to point out that while SB is "easier to get" there's also a higher demand for GB. There's more items to buy in oasis or even for SB. There's always been a demand and always will be.... 1400 for GB? I've always, even a couple of days ago bought it for 1300 SB. It's a reasonable price as far as I'm concerned. Not saying you shouldn't be allowed to ask your price, I'm always for that.... but i also think if you want to do that, don't just take it from someone else so you can turn a shameless profit. The site economy would not work if items and currency kept the same price forever. I absolutely understand where you're coming from. While I'm new to Lioden, I've been a member of another pet sim for over 12 years. The way the economy is going is just baffling to me. However, I really don't think limiting the ability to resell is the answer. It doesn't solve anything. One just has to get used to the changes. Even if reselling were stopped, I don't think that would put the price of 1 gb back to 1300, because as people have mentioned, the site's economy has fundamentally changed and it's easier to get sb. 0 players like this post! Lol! so GB sales have become people buying out people trying to undercut them so they can wait for their much higher price to get bought out by someone that needs the GB? I'm not even sure if the end of the day thats profit, sounds like an easy sell though if i'm in a pinch, just undercut someone  Good to know, I'll stick to TC from now on, and buy the SB for the price I prefer. I think I'll keep this up though.  I can have alot of fun with this later when I'm bored. Market manipulation works both ways. 0 players like this post! Well. At the end of the day everyone is happy. You made profit, someone’s going to make profit because you didn’t sell it for market price. This is all based on how much YOU sell it for. Might as well stop people buying regular item sales that are cheaper and then instantly putting them up on the branch for market price. 0 players like this post! Like? |
