A sleek, petit lady who stands at the height of 5 ft and 5 inches. She bares wild blonde hair that curls around the ends, and she's bleached the ends of her hair as to gain a fade out affect to it. Two foggy blue eyes make this higher ranking seem blind, but she can see just as well as anyone else with sight can.

Kat's outfit consists of a high-low dress that dances with plain, blank white. The only color you can see upon her pale figure is the crimson red ribbon that ties around her waist and trails back in a bow, which can be seen from her back and barely noticeable from the front of her.
The front part of the dress-- or the `high` part, reaches just past her thighs. While the back part of her dress-- or the `low` part reaches just above her ankles; this creates a swirling affect when walking.

The icy haired female turned to you, the scrolls tucked messily in the crook of her elbows. Her blue eyes bluntly looked over your figure before she spoke up---
"The names Kat, if you're here to learn a little bit about me then..alright?" She smiles, giving you a calm look. "I am the official sugar addict--- I tend to take things childishly or seriously, all just depends on the topic." The muse turns on her heels, boots clicking as she walks under lantern light.

"I love to paint, draw, and play games in my free time. But I hate the sound of anything static-y. Sorta why I live here-" she points a hand out to the surrounds, calm, and quiet. She adjusts the scrolls, and heads back to walking. "- besides my point, I am one of the first muses here. Meaning I will watch your every move, listen to your every saying / rant or anything you need to speak about, and then try to provide the best answer."

She turns back to you once more, her wild white dress swirling around her like the edge of a storm. "Please, do not feel as though you can't talk to me, I love to chat with everyone." The blonde muse looks about, quickly turning on her heels and walking up some smooth steps, dusted with the petals of nearby blossom trees-- all lit in the darkness with lanterns to shine out. "I'll be back once again, for now, contact one of my canines if needed." She reaches a hand out to pet the fur of a shimmering black, brown eyed dog-- or whatever it was, clearly showing the traits of a sleek canine.

With that, she's off. Slipping aside large oak doors that shimmer in the color of dark chocolate, hinted with golden handles. Two large dogs sit there, watching you with their beady eyes. Collars ring their names out on little gold tags-- the black furred dog, the one she'd recently petted, was name yin. The other; a sleek white dog with beady yellow eyes, was named yang.
