Regina's Roleplay Search

As a brief introduction, I am looking for a partner or two to start a roleplay with. I'm needing someone that is within my skill range with writing, and can build and challenge an intriguing plot.

About me/what you can expect -
I am an experienced roleplayer, I've been doing so for nearly a decade now. I am also an English major, so I am actively seeking to develop my writing. I've found that roleplaying has done quite a bit for me. I operate on Mountain Standard Time, and am most active in the evening. I offer a list of guarantees from me that you can be assured of when becoming my partner:
1 - While I tend to mirror posts, you can expect at least two strong paragraphs from me per reply. However, I often will write more.
2 - You are guaranteed at least one response every two days. In addition to this, I try to notify you within 24 hours if there is a problem and I am not able to reply.
3 - I am always open and friendly, with an inbox and discord ready to chat about anything (lioden-appropriate). And, I am perfectly understanding of delays in roleplays. Life comes first.
4 - Someone who is eager to develop and enhance our plot in order to take our story to the next level.

Other things to know -
- I am dyslexic. Please be aware that some mistakes may happen on accident, and I am more than happy to fix them. I do my best to ensure posts are without error.
- I prefer to roleplay in the forums. I will not do roleplays over pms, it gets too disorganized with everything else I do on the game.
- I prefer to chat over Discord, however I am fine with talking over pms as well
- I write in 3rd person. However, I will consider doing a roleplay in first.

What I expect from you
1 - You must be at least semi-literate. Your writing level must be at least close to my level, as I want to be challenged in my roleplays.
2 - You must reply at least once a week, or notify me if there's an extended time period without. Believe me, I'm more than understanding of life getting in the way.
3 - Please try to at least mirror my own post lengths. I don't mind if your replies are a bit shorter from time to time, but if anything I'd prefer you write at least as much as me. You are more than welcome to write more.
4 - Please be open and ready to talk! I don't need you to be my best friend, but I'd love to have you ready to talk about how we can develop our plots further!
5 - Provide a writing sample. This is extremely important to me when I select a partner. I only need about two paragraphs so that I can get a taste of your writing.

What I will do
- Romance (highly preferred), adventure, suspense themes
- Fandom based or original ideas
- F/F pairings
- Play characters that are 18+

What I won't do
-M/M or M/F pairings
-Play characters under 18 (unless they are side characters)
-Play characters/plots that are heavily reliant on religion (there maybe some exceptions)
-Play characters that are from fandoms not listed below

Ideas for roleplaying

Fandom Based -
- Once Upon a Time (SwanQueen preferred, will consider other F/F pairings. I prefer to play Regina)
- Hunger Games (Johanna/Katniss preferred, will consider other F/F pairings, will consider OC/OC characters, characters all aged up to 18. No preference on player)
- Victorious (Only exception to 18+ rule, only looking to do Tori/Jade. I prefer to write Jade)
- Warrior Cats (I would want to play non-canon Clans, with a strong story)
- The Good Place (don't want to play any canon characters, I really just want to take the idea and play it out with OCs)
- Carmilla (Laura/Carmilla pairing only. I prefer to play Carmilla)
- Avatar (Again, not looking to play canon characters, just take the story ideas. I am not familiar with Kora, sorry)
- Quiet Place (Like above, just want to take the ideas of this. Its such an interesting concept)

Non-Fandom Based:
-Forbidden romance plots
-Post apocalyptic worlds
-Vampires or maybe werewolves
-Enemies to love
-Lions/Lion pride (pretty selective on this)

I have plenty of ideas surrounding each topic. Feel free to suggest anything else, but note that with the exception of anything listed above I will not do any animal based roleplays.
