They're items that you equip onto your King. They're called "Eye Of _____" depending on what age you want them to look like.

You can purchase/find them in the Oasis shop for 1 GB.

A tiger’s eye makes your lion look like an adolescent
An eye of the fierce roar makes your lion look like a cub (default stage)
An eye of the youth makes your lion look like a young cub (only works if you bought the extra cub stages)
An eye of the kitten makes your lion look like a newborn (just like the eye of the youth, cub stages need to be enabled for it to work)
A lab test frog will make your lion change gender (in appearance, not stats)

Hi there! The items you're looking for are called Tiger's Eye and Lab test frog!

The Tiger's Eye can be purchased at the Oasis for 1 GB, and if you apply it to a lion, it will look like an adolescent again (but won't be changed back into one permanently, so you can always remove it). I believe the lab test frog is also in the Oasis (could be wrong), and if you use it on a lion or lioness, it will look like the opposite sex.
