DISCLAIMER: New to posting on the forums. I think I might have put this in the wrong place? If I did, can a mod move it to the correct place please I wasn't sure what to name this- pug face? Squashed face? So if somebody could think of a better name, that would be nice. With this mutie, your lioness gives birth like normal, but here's what comes up. Birth: [MOTHER'S NAME] is proud of her new cub, but something's just not right about it's face. It suckles a little awkwardly, but it lives and she shrugs it off. Young Cub: [CUB'S NAME] is more active, waddling around happily. His/her mother is sure that they'll be just fine. Cub: [CUB'S NAME] runs around and plays like any normal cub. However, it's breathing is laboured and heavy, and its mouth has to be open to get any air, letting its tongue loll out. It's mother is upset, but you assure her [CUB'S NAME] will live. Adolescent: Sadly, [CUB'S NAME] suffocated in his/her sleep. (the mother loses some mood) With my supreme MS Paint skills I traced the normal cub lineart and made a little reference thing? Sorry, I'm crappy at drawing. As you can see, the cub has a wrinkled, squashed face with a blunt round nose. It's eyes sag downwards slightly and it's tongue is out. Cubs with this mutie will live until they're a year old, so 12 rollovers. Their nose will be determined by skin colour, as with normal lions. If you have any questions just ask away, I'll try and answer them. |

Suggestions would go in the "Game Development" board, this one in specifically the "Game art: Mutation ideas" sub. However, though, this is an already planned mutation. You can see it here, under the name "Brachycephaly" (There is also a concept sketch at the bottom of the thread, its adorable). 0 players like this post! Like? |
