Do you specifically like lions only, or do you enjoy playing other big cats, as well? If you like big cats generally, there is a smilodon roleplay called Edge of Extinction which takes place during the time early humans had just crossed the land bridge. The smilodons have to fight their way north, back to their ancestral lands, battling with humans as well as other creatures from the time period (mammoths, dire wolves, mastodons, etc.) in an attempt to survive extinction.
It is semi-lit/literate, and the other players are really good writers.
Note: I dont own the roleplay, I'm am just a player. I am suggesting it because it is very well put together and has an interesting plot.
