Reducing the price of the falcon's eyeI realised the other day how expensive the falcon's eye is; I've got loads of vlf babies and it's difficult to mount the funds to check each and every single one just in case they have a mutation- 60sb is a relatively high price, and perhaps it could be lowered down to 30sb (Double the ultra-sound charge, but half the price of the current price), I would like to hear your opinions below :) |

I think the price is fair. Discourages people from checking every litter, but allows people to be able to afford to check important litters. ![]() |

@Torquil (#53700) I understand, however, isn't it unfair for individuals who have multiple important litters but do not have the required funds? ![]() |

That is the balance of it though. They have to decide whether or not they need to have the funds together before breeding. It would decrease the rarity of AMPs, as there would be a significantly less amount being chased, killed, etc. ![]() |

@Torquil (#53700) - Even if there was an increase in AMP's, it only is fractional as they're still mutations and therefore still rare, personally, I've obtained more from birth mutations than AMPs; this is also beneficial for new players who are at a disadvantage as funds may not be readily available, I comprehend the fact that funds are needed for breeding, however, in a pride with lets for say, for example, 10+ VLF lionesses, how is an individual going to afford the average stud price of 200SB , and 60 SB for the cubs (Usually 2) with the number of ladies? ![]() |

Sorry, no support. I think itโs fair as it is, honestly. There need to be a certain number of SB sinks like this, and this one also serves to slightly reduce how common AMPs are too - which definitely seems like a good thing to me, since prices for almost all of those are already at rock bottom canโt-even-give-them-away values already. Like Torquil said, I donโt see the need to incentivise people to check every single cub, I think the current system which encourages you to prioritise is fine. ![]() |

I support... as of lately ive taken to just keeping all my cubs till they grow up then getting I'd of them cause i have over 100 (not including the ones I get from mass breeding) cubs on average, checking them all would cost around 6,000 SB or more, and I breed more every day. It would still be expensive at 3000 for all my cubs at the suggested price, and further more there are more Sb sinks showing up lately, which is nice but considering most scrying stone cubs are gonna be fails anyway I don't see a problem with this. I mean honestly I've scried CRB females who had 3 cubs and nothing showed up. That's 180 SB for disappointment compared to 90 SB. ![]() |

I don't support. It's not like you have to check, the mut will appear when they age up even if you don't check. I don't check most of my girls' cubs. ![]() |

I support its been to long for it not being lower. Mass breeders are on here saying that. But I'd lower it to 20 or take it away. Because mass breeders are out here unable to check, losing out on potential double uteruses. Do I like mass breeding, not particularly but it's a good way to make money. I'd like to know if I could do it and not go bankrupt every single time I breed. For those saying you can wait (I know these are all years old at this point) I've had to do that and it is not fun. Because I have had it to the point I had 30 lionesses and a crud ton of cubs that were aging, meaning I had to mass cull so many of my pretty girls that I loved just for the chance one was an Amp (none were) And for the discourages to check unimportant litters and making sure you have the funds for breeding?! That's crud because lions come into heat at different times unless your amusement breeding plus with events like the one we are in, sb is used and saving up sb is hard. I'd take 30 sb over 60 any day of the week. I often have 10 cubs being born that would mean I need 600 sb for the whole thing. Meaning saving my sb becomes impossible for events like this. ![]() |
