Whenever you kill a lion, it always says the same thing. Something something, approaches by edge of border, something something, neck snap, dead. You monster.

But what if it changed based on your current karma?

Like so:

Positive Karma: You spend a long time thinking about it, and then take PRIDE MEMBER on a walk around the territory. When you are certain no one will hear you, you kill them as swiftly and mercifully as possible. You stare in horror at their body. What have you done?

Karma -1 to -1,000 or so: The current flavor text we have

Karma Below -1,000: You don't even bother to disguise your actions. You tackle PRIDE MEMBER in clear view of the rest of the pride, and drag out their death for as long as possible until you finally feel them die beneath your paws. The rest of your pride stares at you, shocked, as you saunter off, blood glistening on your claws.

It wouldn't have much of an effect in-game or anything, it would just be more of a roleplaying aspect to put yourself in the shoes of your king, and, like explore karma encounters, be a way to show the gradual decline of your king from neutral to bad to....evil.
