A heart disease that is kinda like blindness where they can’t patrol or hunt and die early. I was also thinking about old age for lions. Like once they hit 14 or so they get kinda wrinkled and skinny! Diabetes too I guess since it happens in other animals.. and a cub event that comes with a mutation?? Or scar called frost bite! They loose halt their tail and their ears become nubs it could also come with a skin called frostbite! It wouldn’t be hereditary but hey it’s cute! My cat has frostbite so I just thought it would be something to think of
