also @Dez- Wolfstorm looks good! Being a slightly bigger cat means the dense/slightly wet terrain of Duskclan will be a bit of a hindrance you can play up.
Funnily enough they probably look more like a Dawnclan cat. And Dawnclan would have been the ones who they met, and originally were driven off by.

Haha Well, the Cavern for Dawnclan has always been a place of mystery. Elders say that long ago, when Dawnclan was first formed and Starclans veil lit the forest, there was always a spot its light could not touch. Cats were told they could use the forest as their own, but they should avoid the Cavern unless the wanted to awaken the dark spirits that resided within.
For a while, the cats listened, and the Cavern and its ruins remained a unexplored. Yet as all cats live with the nature of curiosity, there came a day when a young tom decided he didn't believe in the Elders tales, and so, when the moon was dark in the sky and no-one would notice, he slipped from his clans camp, and stole away to the Cavern.
That night, a fog rolled into the territory like no cat had ever seen before, and even the morning rays could not dissipate its heavy gray. As the clan gathered to share tongues and begin the day, they noticed the young tom was missing. They searched and searched, but when they found his scent at the Cavern, they did not enter.
Many moons went by, until one night, when the sky was once again dark, there was a clawing at the camp entrance. In crawled a cat, his pelt gray and eyes blind, nothing but skin and bones. Even though he was hardly the cat he had been, his clan still recognized the tom who had gone missing so long ago. Before they could ask what the cat had been through however, he began to speak, in a rasping hollow voice.
He cursed them for abandoning him into the darkness, and cursed Starclan for hiding their light from him when he needed it most. He swore an oath to seek vengeance on those who would not prove faithful, only welcoming those who carried the same darkness in their own hearts. As he spoke these curses, there was a terrible shuddering of the earth, as if the very forest had agreed in earnest.
No matter how much his clan tried to convince him they had tried, he did not listen and merely continued his dark curses, backing out of the camp. When the clan tried to follow his scent however, there was none to be found.When they returned to the Cavern, they found a cold wind gently wafting from its mouth, and bones scattered around its opening. Ever since then, the Cavern has remained a place for no cat to enter, least they lose their way like the old 'Tom once did.
Any cat said to enter the Cave either vanishes, or comes back out, forever changed.

And, that's why Dawnclan doesn't go in the cave lol.

Really love the tail, very nice and interesting.

I definitely know what Owlfeather would say to it though, if she'd hear it.
"Who cares about tails, lets get some things done!", plunges into the dark cavern head first.

It is also true that Duskclan doesn't have the history of the Cavern ingrained in them. But they've never actually been there either lol.
