Okay random idea but I thought it made sense, let me know what you all think So when you win a fight the animal leaves. But what if we had the option to kill it or let it go? It would give good karma for releasing and bad karma for killing, maybe even a carcass/bone/feathers? If carcasses can be collected then maybe for the good karma youd gain bonus xp, or have the possibility of getting an item from the animal that isnt food/bones! Other suggestions: .A neutral option - Giving the opponent a scare, neither good nor bad karma. Maybe some item or xp perks ^ ^ .The scare could be a "bluff" |

I like the idea, my thoughts on drops are as followed: Good Karma: Feathers, Decor, extra beetles. Rarely Lions teeth and other things that can fall out of off in battle Neutral Karma: Feathers, Scars, extra beetles, Occasionally Bones Evil Karma: Carcasses, Scars, Extra Beetles, Slightly more common Bones 0 players like this post! No support. Killing animals gives decent amounts of SB and impression, while still being able to retain good karma. Killing animals in battles shouldn't be bad karma, it just doesn't make sense imo. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I think you've misenterpreted the point, the point is to have the option to let the animal go, kill it, or give it a scare. You would still win the fight which ever option you choose, you'd just do it in a nicer or meaner way depending on what suites your king. Right now all animals just leave the fight. I think it'd be nice to have some interaction to add to roleplay purpose and karma! (Even if it was just -1/+1) Addition - when you win a fight now, you aren't killing the animal like you mentioned, it flees every time. That to me, makes less sense "Exhausted and close to death, the opponent uses their last ounce of strength to flee the battle, leaving you victorious!" - The current end to every battle in explore 0 players like this post! instead of it being "kill/release" it should be "kill/spare" for bad/good karma respectively. maybe "release" is for neutral karma? great suggestion! support 0 players like this post! Like? |
