How about, instead of gaining it for the registration date, it were to be unlocked after being time a certain amount of time? Two years, three years... altough I have no idea if such a thing is possible to keep track of

It can be kept track of-- the game does award you something on your anniversary of joining every year. I like that better than the OG!

But one thing is to keep track of a set date to give you a small reward, and another thing is to keep track of all the days you are active in the site to have a sort of "countdown"... Perhaps it could be something like the daily log in rewards, but on a bigger time scale and not needing to be in a row

Oh, gotcha. Thing is, those titles kind of imply... experience? To me it'd make more sense for it to be granted for hanging around than just by the date of joining - you do much more for the game by being active than just having joined at some point in particular. Just like being able to access the chatter features after one month of gameplay. players could obtain these titles after being around for a year, or two, or three...

But don't let me hog the thing. As I said before, I support either way :D
